The Perry Panthers 14U lost 11-1 to Massillon Bearcats 14U on Tuesday at Wampler Park, despite a total of seven hits. 

It was a good day at the plate for the Perry Panthers 14U's Brandon Scheetz. Scheetz went 1-2, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the second inning. 

Heath Manson got the win for Massillon Bearcats 14U. He allowed one run over five innings. Manson struck out six, walked two and gave up six hits. 

Massillon Bearcats 14U was sparked by Benjamin Krichbaum and Longwell, who teamed up for three hits and six RBIs. 

Ryan Maxin was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed nine runs in three innings, walked one and struck out none. 

Massillon Bearcats 14U never trailed after scoring two runs in the first on a two-run home run by Krichbaum. 

The Perry Panthers 14U's lone run of the ballgame came in the second inning on a solo home run by Scheetz. 

Massillon Bearcats 14U piled on seven more runs in the bottom of the third. The inning got off to a hot start when Longwell homered, plating Manson and Weston Turkalj. That was followed up by Dustin Hoiles's single, plating Krichbaum.
